Returns. 30 day return window. We offer a thirty day return window starting from the date of delivery. To initiate a return request, contact our support team at e-support@theurbanoutlet.shop including your order number and the reason for the request. All returns require prior authorization before any item is sent back.
Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached and in resalable condition. Items purchased during promotional events, flash sales, discounted campaigns or special offers are not eligible for free return shipping and any return shipping costs in these cases remain the responsibility of the customer.
If a return is requested due to change of mind, personal preference or incorrect size selection rather than a product defect or fulfillment error, a restocking and processing fee of fifteen percent of the original product price may be deducted from the refund. Requests of this nature must be submitted within fourteen calendar days of delivery.
If a customer requests order cancellation after payment confirmation but prior to dispatch, an administrative processing fee of fifteen percent of the total order value may apply.
Refunds. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed to the same payment method used during checkout. Any original shipping charges, if applicable, are non refundable.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team, the refund will be issued. Please allow up to twenty business days from the date the item is received for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Business days refer to Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays at the processing or destination location. (store)™ is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions, payment processors or external banking systems.
Exchanges. Simple exchange process to help you obtain the correct item. If you require a different size, color or style, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. This approach ensures faster processing and product availability.
Exchanges requested due to change of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference are treated as standard returns. In these cases, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer and the same terms outlined in the returns section apply.
Damaged or defective items. Replacement or refund available for confirmed defective items. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our support team within forty eight hours of delivery at support@theurbanoutlet.shop and provide your order number along with clear photos of the issue.
Our team will review the case and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate. Claims submitted after this timeframe may still be reviewed but resolution may be limited.
Items showing signs of use, wear or alterations not related to shipping damage or manufacturing defects may not qualify for replacement or refund. The determination of product defects is made solely at the discretion of our quality control team.

Once your return request has been approved, our team will provide the appropriate return address based on your location and the item purchased. Please do not ship items before receiving official return authorization.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate. Delays or delivery issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts or local carrier handling are outside the responsibility of Urban Outlet™.
Shipping carriers and postal services operate independently from our company. Tracking updates and transit times may occasionally experience delays due to carrier systems, logistics volume, weather conditions, customs processing or other factors outside our control.
